What were Davidson’s original school colors?

Pink and light blue. 

These colors were in reference to the colors of the two literary societies on campus, Eumenean and Philanthropic. The Eumenean Society’s color was pale pink, while the Philanthropic Society’s was light blue. The school colors changed to crimson and black in the late 19th century as intercollegiate sports began.
