How long can a student check a book out for?
Answer
A student can check out most books for 4 weeks. However, books obtained in the browsing section are loanable only for 3 weeks. If a student is writing his/her thesis, they may loan the book out until the end of the semester. If the book is borrowed from another institution via Interlibrary Loan, the borrowing time varies (the lending institution determines borrowing privileges.)
